Jarmila's childhood memory - sound engineering?

In 2006 I was invited to take part in the exhibition titled 'Childhood Memories' at the V&A Museum of Childhood in London.  I chose to recall how, as a child, I constructed my first 'recording studio', where I was able to execute basic tracking and layering of different parts.  I used my sister's old Grundig reel to reel and my own new little Grundig tape recorder to do that. Actually, the museum couldn't find a Grundig, so a prop was used!
